The 2018 Resurrection Collegiate Volunteer Program is under way and our first group of students hails from Creighton University in Omaha, Nebraska.
The group is comprised of participants Alexis Jalbert, Maggie Knox, Natalie Lynam, Kaliyah Meriwether, Emma Rolfes, Jenna Schwartz, Christine Tan, Eric Villareal, and Evan Williams.
During their week here at the Mission, the students will assist with various aspects of Resurrection’s pillar programs while providing service to the neighboring community and immersing themselves in the rich civil rights and cultural history of Montgomery. The week will culminate in a dinner where guests include individuals who were involved in one of American history’s most memorable movements as well as individuals working in the area of social justice.
